These terms apply to purchases and sourcing services offered by PT DXB LINK TRADING through DXBLinkTrading.com. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Our business
We source, import and export electronics, gadgets and related equipment from China and Indonesia for domestic and international customers. Availability, specifications, permitted destinations and applicable conditions depend on the product and order.

2. Products and quotations
Product listings identify the product, relevant specifications, price and available purchasing options. Category illustrations show our sourcing scope and are not an offer for a specific pictured model. A sourcing enquiry is not an order. A written quotation specifies the product, quantities, fees, currency, delivery conditions and validity period. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
3. Prices, fees and taxes
The currency and amount payable are shown in the product listing, checkout or written quotation. Shipping, applicable taxes and any agreed service fees are displayed or itemized before payment. Duties or destination charges excluded from the price are identified in the delivery terms. Quotations can change after their stated validity period. No recurring subscription is created by purchasing goods or submitting an enquiry.
Retail catalogue prices are in IDR and include any seller-collected Indonesian tax. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons. Destination import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges are excluded. The current checkout records an unpaid order request and does not collect payment.
4. Orders and acceptance
By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to purchase the goods, that you have authority to act for any business named, and that your information is accurate. Receipt of an enquiry or automated acknowledgement does not by itself confirm availability. We accept the order through a confirmation stating the agreed goods and commercial terms. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a material listing error, we contact you to offer a correction or cancellation with a refund of any amount paid for undelivered goods.
5. Payment
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout or expressly identified on an invoice issued by PT DXB LINK TRADING. Payment must be received and cleared before dispatch unless different written terms are agreed. Do not send card numbers, security codes, account passwords or one-time passcodes by email or WhatsApp. You are responsible for using an authorized payment method. Payment-provider verification or processing delays may affect confirmation.
6. Delivery and international orders
Delivery estimates, shipping charges and customs responsibilities are described in our shipping policy and confirmed for your order. The standard target is 5–7 business days for in-stock orders on supported routes. Custom-sourced goods and special routes may have different agreed timelines. Customers must cooperate with lawful customs requirements; we will not supply prohibited products or assist in evading trade controls.
7. Customer responsibilities
Provide correct delivery and contact information. Review specifications, voltage, plug type, regional compatibility and any stated restrictions before purchase. Follow the product instructions and applicable local rules. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent transactions, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access to another customer’s information.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 45 calendar days of delivery. Refund conditions, cancellation rules, shipping costs and processing timelines are set out in the returns policy. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Product information and warranties
We aim to keep information accurate. Manufacturer names and trademarks, where used in a genuine listing, identify the product and do not imply a distribution partnership. A product’s warranty and certification claims must be stated specifically. We remain responsible for remedies required by applicable law.
The listed retail models include a 12-month DXB seller warranty. This is separate from any manufacturer warranty and does not claim authorized reseller status or international manufacturer coverage.
10. Liability and events outside our control
We take reasonable care in supplying goods and coordinating services. We will communicate material delays or disruptions and work toward a suitable resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights where an exclusion would be unlawful, including mandatory rights in the customer’s jurisdiction.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate. These terms are governed by Indonesian law to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to competent courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms that apply to them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove agreed rights for an existing order. Keep a copy of the terms and order confirmation relevant to your purchase.
