Who provides this warranty?
PT DXB LINK TRADING provides this seller warranty for new retail products purchased from our catalogue. It starts on delivery and lasts 12 months. Your invoice and delivery record identify the covered product and date. This is DXB Link Trading’s commitment; it is not a claim of authorized brand distribution or worldwide manufacturer warranty coverage.
What is covered?
Manufacturing defects and faults arising during normal use in accordance with the product instructions. We assess the fault and arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to mandatory consumer rights. A replacement does not reduce any remaining original warranty period or longer rights required by law.
What is excluded?
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair causing the fault, unsuitable power supplies, liquid exposure outside the manufacturer’s rated conditions, normal cosmetic wear, and ordinary battery capacity decline. A manufacturing fault in a battery is not excluded merely because the product contains a battery. This warranty does not insure lost data, optional third-party subscriptions or accessories not supplied by us.
How to claim
- Email dxblinktrading@gmail.com with your order number, model and description of the fault.
- Our team may request reasonable troubleshooting or photographs and will provide return or service instructions.
- Do not ship goods before receiving instructions. Back up data and remove personal accounts where possible. Contact us before handling a damaged or swollen battery.
- We aim to assess returned goods within five business days and communicate the repair, replacement or refund timeline.
Shipping and costs
For an accepted manufacturing-defect claim, DXB Link Trading covers reasonable pre-approved return and replacement shipping. Do not incur express or international return charges without agreement. We will explain any charge for an excluded repair and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Returns and your rights
The separate 45-day returns and refunds policy also applies. Nothing here reduces statutory remedies, mandatory consumer rights or a longer warranty expressly agreed for your order. Any manufacturer service is subject to that manufacturer’s regional eligibility and terms.
